Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the customized products we sell we do not offer refunds and do not accept returns, as we cannot restock custom items. If there is an issue with the quality or workmanship in any way or if your item arrives damaged due to improper handling during any part of the process, from manufacturing to shipping, we will make every attempt to make it right by sending a replacement out to you within 3 business days at no cost to you (we also cover the replacement shipping cost). For replacement shipments please allow an additional 5 business days for shipping.
